Black Diamond Online is a retail philatelic website which sells U.S. and Worldwide singles and sets at retail prices. The visual look of the site utilizes a well known and popular retail stamp sales format known as "102 Cards". This format, which has been used for many years by show and retail dealers, lists items at retail prices on individual cards sorted by country, issues and various speciality areas.
This site utilizes an extensive search engine page which allows users to search by country, issue, speciality, condition and quality. Viewing search results can be viewed individually, and users also may use a auto scrolling feature which will change images and descriptions at various cycling speeds.
The website also has a modern shopping cart system which will provide buyers with a simple "add to cart" button during the viewing and shopping process. Users must be registered in order to complete the puchasing process.

Payment
Buyers who are known to us may have their purchases shipped prior to payment. Once lots are received, payment must be made within seven days. Buyers who are new or unknown to us will be notified of their purchases and payment must be received prior to the shipping of lots.
We currently accept Credit Card payments via Visa, Mastercard or Discovery. Please include the account information with your bids prior to the sale or provide them after the sale via phone.
We also accept personal checks, postal money orders or cashiers checks. In addition we also accept wired bank transfers. If you wish to make payment via this method, please call the office for our account transfer details.
Shipping
Our staff is one of the fastest "shippers" in the industry. Generally all purchases are shipped to buyers within three days after the sale date.
Buyers may request special shipping arrangements. Any special requests should be brought to the attention of the office. Please call our office with any questions.
Local buyers may pick up their purchases at our offices during business hours. Please call for an appointment for pick up.
Buyers are responsible for all shipping and insurance costs.
