FDC COVERS IMPORTANT FIRST DAY COVER COLLECTION - about 3500 mostly different covers, all but some of the early issues are with cachets, mostly unaddressed with some of the early issues being addressed, starts in 1923 and runs through 1990, this collection is virtually complete from 1935 to 1990 including commems, regulars, airmails, there is also some postal stationary here, there are many better covers here including better cachets, the catalog value listed in an estimate based on Scott catalog for the least expensive cachets, many better sets are here: 1932 Wash-Bicent., Parks, Prexies with coils, Overrun, 1954 Regulars, the Airmails include two C18's and most everything after C16, overall condition is mixed but for the most part quite clean, loads of value here and nothing has been checked for tagging, a very worthwhile lot that deserves careful consideration 10,000.00

FDC COVERS EXTENSIVE FIRST DAY COVER COLLECTION - about 4000 different covers including various cachets, the collection is contained in 37 albums most of which are White Ace, this collection starts in 1932 and runs through 1999 and is quite complete for the period for commemorative, regular issues, airmail, postal stationary, there are many better items scattered including high value regulars and Express, there is a fair amount of catalog value in the pre-1940 area with several covers cataloging in the $10-50 range overall condition is mixed but for the most part quite clean, there is both addressed and unaddressed, many of the addressed are in pencil, most of the later cachets are Artcraft and Artmaster, many of the commems include singles, blocks, some pairs, booklets and SS's, there are also some complete sets here, a very worthwhile collection and one of the more complete First Day collections that we have offered, (ENV 900-1,000) -----

51  US U.S. COLLECTION - several hundred mostly mint stamps, to about 1960, hinged/mounted on album pages; minimal duplication on many; condition is a bit mixed on the pre 1925 but improved to a good amount of never hinged in the 1930's and later; some highlights are Scott #'s 230*, 237*, 272*, 286*, 329-30*, 550*, 560*, 730a, 750* and most of the 1938 Presidential issue in plate blocks to the 50 cent (missing a few); NOT counted in the cat. val. are the post 1940 mint issues with a face value of $22; some very attractive items 1,222.00

52  US U.S. MINT BLOCKS SELECTION - all blocks of four with Scott #'s 563, 620 centerline block(2), 627-29, 637-43, 646, 649(2), 685(2), 692-96, 697(2), 698, 752 (five gutter pairs with four vertical and one horizontal), 771(2), C8, C10, C11(2) and E13; most are hinged on one stamp with a couple hinged on two stamps and 16 never hinged blocks; a small fault here and there but generally clean and fresh with mostly Fine and better centering 820.00

56  US U.S. USED COMMEMORATIVE ACCUMULATION - tens of thousands (about seven lbs) of used commems and christmas issues starting about 1940 with the majority pre 1970, about 1/3 in glassines and identified by Scott #, the rest loose; nice variety and expect duplication to 25 on most with some higher; the stamps in glassines are quite clean with little faulty but there will be mixed condition on the loose stamps; great for the packet maker (ENV 200-225) -----
